Amber Eye was previously a rare reward from opening Supreme Challenging Chest from the old Column of the Prophet. It's of the Assault Dragon Family and is colored in black and red. The dragon was automatically delivered to an open slot after opening the egg.
Amber Eye now appears again in Column of the Prophet as a wild spawn on the Prophet Dragon God stage.
