Ironfang Fortress is the final dungeon in Wintertide.
Entrance Text[]
Ironfang Fortress is the citadel of the Ice Gians. The people who once lived there incurred the wrath of the giant dragon, Methus the Red Flame, leading to their destruction. The tough hexagonal citadel was half-leveled by Methus' powerful fireballs, and the nobles were burned to ash in an instant. Scorch marks can be seen on the buildings everywhere in the city, and most of the structures in the city center were blown to smithereens. After the Second Dragon War, the Ice Giants, devastated by Lysaia's dragons, settled here, and places that were once used to store food and massive machinery made for comfortable living spaces for giants. However, due to their fear of giant dragons, it was only a hundred years ago that the Ice Giants finally dared to move to the upper parts of the citadel. Before that, they lived underground in the slums, and only dared to come out during the night to hunt. But now, the Ice Giants have become bolder, starting to move in groups to attack villiages and cities, and they even fought with Torrans multiple times over the years. The Ice Giants have become a serious threat to the northern part of Wintertide. In the face of such a great threat, various factions hope that someone will go into the Ice Giants' fortress and take them head on.

Ironfang Fortress
Ironfang Fortress or the "Ice Giant Fortress" is now the home of King Kabbal the Insatiable, a mighty giant with a big belly and massive appetite. While he may be slow, he is powerful enough to dual-wield two-handed battle axes that most giants can hardly lift. He rules Ironfang Fort along with several other powerful lieutenants.
