- (Part One) Here's the deal. No. 2 Medicine can only be made by using No. 1 Medicine as an ingredient, which is very rare and not something that can be easily created via alchemy. This means that, in order to make No. 2 Medicine, the Shax inside the cave must have access to No. 1 Medicine. If we can get our hands on No. 1 Medicine, not only can we stop the Shax from making more corrupted creatures and zombies, but we can also better understand their techniques. This will be a big step towards our goal. According to the clues that I've found, No. 1 Medicine is in the deepest part of this cave, but I can't go there alone because it's heavily guarded.
